I can only give it 5 stars. It tastes and fits everything incredibly well. You are always served friendly and the food is ready very quickly. Some chains can still learn something from that! You should grow your business. I know many who, like me, come from Cologne and the surrounding area. Good work!

Extremely good burgers - I even think the quality has increased significantly compared to the "early days" when the burger shop was freshly opened. I remember my first burger was extremely overloaded with ketchup and the meat was dry - these are the best burgers for me personally and I have to pull myself together only to go there no more than once a week ;-) Service also great! Prices absolutely reasonable in my opinion.

Unfortunately, the quality has decreased extremely at Burger Faktur. Very nice staff, but food inedible. It's a shame that you can't or don't want to meet your usual high standards.

I am not promising you too much when I say they have the BEST and juiciest burgers! 🤤 Warning: the fresh fries and homemade sauces are addicting! The staff gets 5 out of 5 stars for their friendliness ⭐️ The decor is amazing and thought out down to the smallest detail. My recommendation is the artisan to go with fries with the homemade ChiliMayo 😋 Just convince yourself!

The best burgers far and wide !! I've eaten a lot of burgers, but BURGERFAKTUR's are different. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. No long waiting times (<10min). My recommendation: Sucuk burger, with fries with chilli-mayo sauce ..

You order at the cash register, wait 5-10 minutes and then pick it up. The burgers just taste so great and then the price is also very reasonable. Very recommendable.

I love the burgers from this place. First point of contact because the price / performance ratio (in my opinion) which is better than the other burger shops in town. Insider tip: Chilli cheese with bacon and take the big one, I regretted the little one every time because I wanted more.

Very, very nice, extremely attentive lady of the house, excellent burger with * grill * patty in the ideal size of 180g. Great fries. The only thing missing was potato wedges and / or homemade chips or something similar. The honey mustard mayo was a little too honey-sweet for me. What struck me as totally positive was the fabulously beautifully made toilet (only 1 each) and a great background music that created a great atmosphere.

Perhaps the best fries I've ever eaten! Both the normal and the sweet potato fries !!! The burgers are absolutely amazing! Always fresh, always tasty. Quality simply pays off in the end. I am very happy to pay € 1.2 more. Absolute recommendation !!!!!

Good place for very tasty and healthy veggie burger, crispy and crunchy fries plus fruit juices from bio fruits.. would recommend to try🙂🙂

Very good burgers and kind staff!

This new refreshing hamburger place is just what was needed in the area . The vibe of the place is totally cool the staff is super nice and helpful and most important the food is goood! . 1 thing that needs to be considered is all the hamburgers came well done!, my partners for the night needed it like that but most of the people I know would rather have it medium or at least to be asked what is the desired cooking level .
